I cant see how their hours can go up if they are letter writing. They will have the same text for each letter, so all they have to do is print it, address the envelope, and post it. Takes no time at all.
That's what you know. My experience is that a break-out group sits for an hour composing 1 letter with one person doing the typing. So maybe six or seven people count that time so 1 letter=7 hours. They then scrap that template and start a new one next time. A complete waste of time and life.
